Our client is urgently recruiting a Business Analyst to support Training & Business Solutions / IT & Digitization / Change Management projects/initiatives and engagements, provide administrative support to the general office, liaise’ with the project management office (PMO), and perform overall business coordination activities. This position is a key role within the organization. The Business Analyst serves as a key point of contact for internal and external constituencies on Training & Business Solutions / IT & Digitization / Change Management matters. S/he also serves as a liaison to the senior management team; organizes and coordinates executive outreach and external relations efforts; and oversees special projects.

The ideal individual will have the ability to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations. Selected candidates will have the ability to work independently on projects, from conception to completion, and must be able to work under pressure at times to handle a wide variety of activities and confidential matters with discretion. S/he must be a strategic and critical thinker with business know-how as well as sales capabilities and executive presence to engage at the highest levels of client organizations.
Role Responsibilities
- Business Support.
- Provide support to Training & Business Solutions / IT & Digitization / Change Management units within the organization, on their projects and initiatives.
- Identify opportunities within the market; document and suggest offerings and differentiation elements based on findings.
- Evaluate potential projects and identify opportunities to expand work scope and drive revenue.
- Gather market intelligence and prepare reports.
- Ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed.
- Any other duties assigned and related to the job.
- Project Office Support
This aspect of the role comprises providing support for projects and initiatives in the respective business units including but not limited to:
- Complete tasks as assigned and coordinate with Training & Business Solutions Specialist / IT & Digitization Specialist/ Change Management Specialist ensuring timely communication for successful project completion.
- Understand the scope of projects, identify project participants, keep updated contact information, and ensure a reliable means of communicating at all times with the project team.
- Document and gather requirements on projects, engagements, and initiatives.
- Assist with project tracking; ensure the project’s information management system is up to date.
- Evaluate the progress of the project to ensure that the timeline is followed steadily and consistently.
- Perform important administrative functions for projects and initiatives; which might include updating the project schedule, taking minutes at meetings, making phone calls to vendors and suppliers, responding to e-mails, and writing progress reports to the project team.
- Follow-through on projects to successful completion, often with deadline pressures.
- Any other duties assigned and related to the job.
Educational Qualifications:
- University degree in Business Administration, Management, Social Sciences or a related discipline
- Additional certification in business management, project management or related field is a plus
Essential Skills:
- Relevant Experience in a related field, such as management, training, project support in a corporate environment (Minimum – 0 to 3 Years),
- Good business acumen and attitude with excellent project management skills, in order to support respective teams.
- Strategic planning on a business level; can build an effective business case reflecting the value of an appropriate strategy.
- Ability to research and provide excellent input for business opportunities.
- Out-of-the-box thinking to drive innovative solutions to business issues.
- Ability to organize and manage multiple competing priorities.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent verbal, written, documentation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Experience with working in the Human Resources, Training, and Corporate Services industry is a plus
