Are you someone who can:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and gather requirements for projects.
• Conduct thorough analysis of business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement.
• Develop detailed documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, and process maps.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to elicit requirements and ensure alignment among stakeholders.
• Analyze data to provide insights and recommendations that support decision-making.
• Work closely with technical teams to ensure that solutions meet business needs and are delivered on time.
• Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate that solutions meet specified requirements.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions and recommend enhancements as necessary.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve business analysis processes.

You will be an ideal candidate if you:

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration, information technology, or a related field.

Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

EProficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.

Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
