• +5 years of accounting experience
• Knowledge of accounting software packages such as SAP
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
Activities

• Review Material costing to ensure they are in line with the expected TOC
• Weekly monitoring opex & varex, ensure correctness of posted, accurate amortization & spreading of the cost.
• Review lubricants POs before approval by LOBP Manager, HOD & PCD
• Daily MAP monitoring and weekly reporting of finished Products and Raw materials.
• Import Product Costing in collaboration with Lubricant supply manager.
• Export Product Costing in collaboration with lubricant supply manager.
• Review supply chain and delivery costing for optimization:
Target to control clearing charges and variable costs
• Preparation of Monthly Business Review including for Lubricants & GT Sales & Margins results
• Computation of the monthly TOC of the LOBP and explain variance vs target
• Follow up on petty cash reimbursement from both Plant and Lubricant warehouse before submitting to Finance
• Review supply chain and delivery costing for optimization:
Target to control clearing charges and variable costs
• Build and consolidate monthly importation forecast for GT & Aviation
• Participate to the preparation of the budget Long-Term plan (Supply, production and sales) & Aviation.
• Incentive calculations for Distributors and monthly review of provision to ensure correctness of the costs posted.
• CAPEX review, monitoring and reporting in collaboration with Project Engineers (commitment and Liquidation).
• Bi-Weekly monitoring and reporting of Sales
• Bi-Monthly reporting of department main events and highlights
• Any other duty as may be assigned by the Manager.
