Main  Purpose  of  the  Job:-
The  Business  Analyst  will  report  to  the  Innovations  and  Business  Automations  Manager  and  will  be  responsible  for  assessing  information  technology  systems  and  making  suggestions  for  how  they  can  better  meet  business  needs.  The  staff  will  be  required  to  bridge  the  gap  between  IT  and  the  business  using  data  analytics  to  assess  processes,  determine  requirements  and  deliver  data-driven  recommendations  and  reports  to  facilitate  innovations  &  automations.

Duties  and  responsibilities:-

•Work  with  stakeholders  to  elicit  requirements  and  capture  business  needs.
•Analyze,  define,  and  document  business  and  technical  requirements.
•Evaluate  existing  business  processes  to  formulate  new  business  programs  and  initiatives.
•Lead  process  reviews  and  improvement  initiatives  to  ensure  smooth  transitions.
•Coordinating  with  other  team  members  in  the  organization  to  create  or  improve  workflows.
•Educating  other  departments  on  new  processes,  sharing  ideas,  and  taking  feedback.
•Define  configuration  specifications  and  business  analysis  requirements
•Perform  quality  assurance
•Define  reporting  and  alerting  requirements
•Own  and  develop  relationship  with  partners,  to  optimize  and  enhance  our  integration.
•Design,  document  and  maintain  system  processes.
•Communicate  key  insights  and  findings  to  Management  through  the  Head  Innovations  &  Business  Automations.
•Constantly  be  on  the  lookout  for  ways  to  improve  monitoring,  discover  issues  and  deliver  better  value  to  the  customer
•Collaborate  with  team  members  to  understand  organizational  and  operational  challenges
•Keep  up  to  date  on  the  latest  applications  of  information  technology.
•Draft  statistical  reports  that  assist  decision-makers  in  choosing  the  right  programs.
•Manage  technical  difficulties,  working  with  developers  when  necessary.

Minimum  Academic  Qualifications  and  Experience
•A  Bachelor’s  Degree  in  Computer  Science,  Information  Technology,  Information  Systems,  Software  Engineering,  Statistics  or  Business  Computing  or  other  related  field  from  a  recognized  University.
•A  minimum  of  least  two  years’  experience  in  business  analysis  or  related  field.
