Manager
• Location: Kampala, Uganda
Avanti Energy Services Limited is seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Develo-ment Manager to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and support the expansion of our HR, staffing, payroll, and compliance services.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Market Research
- Identify new clients and business opportunities,
- Monitor market trends and workforce needs.
- Maintain a pipeline of prospective clients and opportunities.
Client Engagement
- Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Conduct meetings to understand client HR and staffing requirements
Proposals & Tender Support
- Coordinate preparation of proposals, expressions of interest, and bid submissions.
- Work with internal teams to develop service scopes and pricing models.
Contract & Commercial Support
- Support negotiation of pricing, service scope, and contracts.
- Assist in contract finalization and renewals.
Client Growth & Retention
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services.
- Support long term client relationships and service improvements.
Key Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 3-5 years in business development or sales
- Experience in B2B services.
- Experience in tendering or contract negotiations
- Proven revenue generation and sales pipeline managernent
