• Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Develop and implement business development plans.
• Take the lead in conducting market research.
• Maintain relationships with existing customers and establish relationships with new customers
• Take the lead in the implementation and management of the Customer Relationship Management system
• Provide leadership in collaborative initiatives across the business with regards to new business opportunities and strengthen existing customer relationships
• Provide mentorship, coaching and development support to junior roles in customer relationship management and customer and industry knowledge

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
• Masters degree in Business Administration would be a distinct advantage.
• Five (5) years’ experience in business development
• Two (2) years senior supervisory or management experience
• Nambian citizen
