DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Come up with new sales strategies to achieve targets.
- Nurture and maintain relationships with existing customers.
- Generate sales leads and aggressively work on closing them.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer database.
EXPERIENCE
- At least one-year experience in sales. However, the company is interested in candidates with a go-getter attitude with the ability to grow and later manage teams.
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Communication skills: Able to communicate with all possible customers for a service station business such as corporate customers, Daladala drivers, Bodaboda, etc.
- Persuasion skills: Able to persuade new customers to engage with the business.
- Negotiation skills: Able to negotiate deals with customers.
- Analytical skills: Possessing strong market analytical skills with the ability to analyse market trends, etc.
- Deal closer: Not only able to generate leads, but also to close them.
