Job Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Identify foundation projects aligned with social investment goals.
- Develop and implement community programs in financial literacy, education, and entrepreneurship.
- Build and maintain relationships with NGOs, government agencies, and stakeholders.
- Represent the foundation at events and forums.
- Train beneficiaries in financial literacy, business development, and vocational skills.
- Guide startups in business planning and sustainability.
- Monitor financial support programs and loan performance.
- Prepare proposals, evaluate funding requests, and oversee fund utilization.
- Track program impact, assess results, and document successes.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal policies.

The holding company oversees KCB Kenya – incorporated with effect from January 1, 2016 – and all KCB’s regional units in Uganda, Tanzania, Rwanda, Burundi, Ethiopia and South Sudan.
