Key duties and responsibilities.
- Ensuring safety of all company equipment’s i.edrones, RTKs
- Timely repair and maintenance survey instruments.
- Calibration, Testing and configuration of survey instrument.
- Technical support on Survey instruments to our customers.
- Keeping and updating equipment hire records.
- Technical support to clients.
- Hiring and keeping hire records for equipment.
- Proper documentation of Goods dispatched/received from site.
- In-store product losses/damages kept at a minimum.
- Ensure the safety/security of the stores/goods.
- Take part in monthly, quarterly, and annual stock taking and respond to queries on variances.
- Any other duty assigned by management.
Job Specifications.
- Bachelor of Science in Geospatial Information System(GIS) or Diploma in GIS
- 1-2 years’ experience in instrumentation.
- Understanding of survey tracking loops and measurements
- Knowledge of GNSS remote sensing techniques
- Experience with land survey equipment will be an added advantage
- Requires a dedicated, innovative and pragmatic approach
- Good at record keeping.
- Practical knowledge of GIS Software
