KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
•   Track, route problems and requests and document resolutions to L3 Support
•   Testing and certifying Interfaces with different protocols (TIC- TCI, I-flex –Base24- etc.) with issuer core-banking hosts.
•   Building up, managing EMV Compliance across the Group
•   Implement new enhancements and updates from payment schemes and vendors and Build Team.
•   Analysing, supporting, investigating, and resolving interfaces problems
•   Creating technical documents and presentation materials.
•   Monitor & improve system performance to give the best customer experience.
•   Reporting issues and errors with its fixes and suggestion to be discussed with the Department Head.
•   Request system improvements and new parameters from vendor to simplify procedures, have more flexible settings & parameters and to prevent fraud.
•   Extract and analyse system statistics about cards, transactions from business and operation perspective.
•   Support and running the issuer Certifications with payment schemes (Visa, MasterCard) for interfaces for both Base I, Base II and SMS, CIS and MDS.
•   Reviewing and validating UAT, implementations and system changes
•   Ensure compliance with Payment schemes (Visa, MC, Amex, DCI, and CUP)
•   Building and monitoring the policies, procedures, tasks, and project for smooth and continuity for optimum service and team productivity
•   Support Issuing (CMS, POSTILION, INDIGO etc.) and Acquiring System (Prime)
•   Resolve all SysAid issues within SLA

JOB PROFILE
Experience & Qualifications
•   Recognizable IT Related University Degree (a must)
•   Equivalent professional qualification

Skills, Capabilities & Direct attributes
4 or more years’ experience and skill set in the following.

•   Postilion related project management
•   Valid knowledge in IT application support
•   Knowledge on Unix Operating System and Cloud application hosting is advantageous
•   Server Databases (Oracle/SQL) scripting query knowledge necessary
•   General knowledge of Computer Networks and Network Administration
•   General banking knowledge and ATM card insight an added advantage
•   Understanding of ISO8583 protocol
•   Extensive knowledge on international card schemes i.e. VISA, MasterCard, etc.
