Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a demand generation strategy for the retail industry.
- Manage direct sales processes for strategic opportunities in new markets and build relationships with key customers.
- Collaborate with various departments to meet and exceed regional revenue and profit targets.
- Develop partner network strategies to expand vertical markets and support channel partners.
- Provide market intelligence and manage CRM data to improve market penetration and sales forecasting.
- Exhibit strong communication, relationship-building, and resilience in a matrix organizational environment.
Measures of Success:
- Meet Revenue Targets
- Maintains high partner satisfaction ratings
- Expansion of successful channel partners
- Meet revenue objectives, partners’ expectations, and customer satisfaction metrics

Candidates Requirements:
- 15+ years of corporate sales experience working in Direct Sales, Channels / Resellers / Partner environment.
- Experience in selling Retail Software and/or ERP Software
- Fluent in English
- Substantial experience in sales
- Degree qualified or professional qualification preferred
- Ability to manage the life-cycle for direct or channel engagements, from scouting and alignment, negotiations to close agreements, successful on-boarding, and hands on operational help.
- Availability to travel inside the country and near countries
