Chief Finance Officer
Location: Head Office
Reports to: Managing Director

Job Purpose:
As a key member of the Executive Leadership, the CFO will provide strategic and operational leadership in financial planning, enterprise risk management, and corporate governance.

Job Description:
Lead financial strategy, performance management, investment planning and forecasting
Provide financial insights to guide executive decisions and shareholder value
Oversee statutory reporting, audits, and corporate governance structures
Monitor and manage company cash flow, investments, and financial risk
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting standards
Cultivate strong relationships with regulatory bodies, investors, and financial institutions

Requirements:
BCom or BBA plus CPA/ACCA and MBA
At least 8 years in senior financial management in a fast-paced environment
Proven ability to drive financial transformation and cost optimization
Strong knowledge of corporate finance, accounting, and risk management
Excellent leadership and analytical skills
