Coordination with internal and external stakeholders to enforce best practices in Supply Chain Management.
Key Responsibilities
- Development and review of Supply Chain Management Strategy, policies, procedures and processes.
- Consolidation of the Annual Procurement Plan (APP) in line with statutory requirements as well as implementation for specific categories.
- Management of systems and processes within the Supply Chain Management for value realization.
- Ensure compliance with the Statutory, Corporate, Small and Medium Enterprises (SME’s) and Special Interest Groups development requirements.
- Management of performance, audit, integrity, QMS and risk programmes
Requirements
Academic qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field from a recognized University.
- A Master’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field from a recognized University is an added advantage.
Professional qualification
- Professional Level Diploma MCIPS(UK) / CPSP-K (Kenya) or equivalent
- Member in good standing and Licensed Practitioner KISM (Kenya Institute of Supplies Management)
Work experience
- Minimum seven (7) years in Supply Chain Management with at least three (3) years in a Senior Management level.
