Responsibilities:
1. EOS Integration Expertise:
Spearhead the integration of the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) meeting system and cadence into our operations. Your role as the integrator will be crucial in establishing a dynamic and efficient organizational structure.
2. External Partnerships Champion:
Leverage your expertise in building and nurturing external partnerships. Your ability to foster relationships will play a pivotal role in our growth and impact.
3. Quarterly OKRs and Annual Goals Maestro:
Drive the organization towards achieving quarterly Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) and annual goals. Your expertise in metrics establishment and problem-solving will be instrumental in keeping us on task.
4. Project Management
Demonstrate strong project management skills, ensuring that our initiatives are well-coordinated and executed seamlessly. Your ability to navigate complexities will contribute to the success of our projects.
5. Metrics-driven Decision Making:
Establish and monitor metrics that align with our strategic objectives. Your role will involve proactive problem-solving around any metrics not meeting expectations.
Qualifications:
– Proven experience as a Chief of Staff with a focus on integration and partnership building.
– Expertise in EOS integration, project management, and metrics-driven decision-making.
– Strong external relationship-building skills.
