Responsibilities:.
Operational Leadership:
At SOULCHI, we’re not just building an app; we’re crafting a revolution that combines virtues and technology to spark positive global transformation. As our COO, you’ll:
- Lead employees to encourage maximum performance and dedication.
- Evaluate performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics.
Collaboration:
- Collaborate with the CEO in setting and driving organizational vision, operational strategy, and hiring needs in Year 1 OKRs, 3-year vision, and 10-year goals
- Act as a liaison between company staff and the executive team.
- Orchestrate seamless collaboration between our Product Design Team and other divisions.
Strategic Planning:
- Design and implement business strategies, plans, and procedures
- Set comprehensive goals for performance and growth
Financial Performance:
- With our CFO, oversee the company’s financial performance, investments, and other business ventures.
- Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Chief Operating Officer or relevant role.
- Demonstrable competency in strategic planning and business development.
- Experience in fundraising will be a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities.
- Excellent communication and public speaking skills.
- Knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics.
- Understanding of business functions such as HR, Finance, marketing, etc.
- Experience in a start-up environment a plus
