Responsibilities:.

Operational Leadership:

At SOULCHI, we’re not just building an app; we’re crafting a revolution that combines virtues and technology to spark positive global transformation. As our COO, you’ll:

  • Lead employees to encourage maximum performance and dedication.
  • Evaluate performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics.

Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with the CEO in setting and driving organizational vision, operational strategy, and hiring needs in Year 1 OKRs, 3-year vision, and 10-year goals
  • Act as a liaison between company staff and the executive team.
  • Orchestrate seamless collaboration between our Product Design Team and other divisions.

Strategic Planning:

  • Design and implement business strategies, plans, and procedures
  • Set comprehensive goals for performance and growth

Financial Performance:

  • With our CFO, oversee the company’s financial performance, investments, and other business ventures.
  • Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure operational efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Chief Operating Officer or relevant role.
  • Demonstrable competency in strategic planning and business development.
  • Experience in fundraising will be a plus.
  • Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities.
  • Excellent communication and public speaking skills.
  • Knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics.
  • Understanding of business functions such as HR, Finance, marketing, etc.
  • Experience in a start-up environment a plus
