Responsibilities
- Facilitate effective communication among employees in the Technology Design and Research Department.
- Coordinate external relations, fostering positive interactions with stakeholders, clients, and partners.
- Manage documents, ensuring proper organization, storage, and retrieval of critical information.
- Handle publicity efforts to enhance the company’s visibility and promote its achievements.
- Draft and prepare written materials, including reports, correspondence, and other documents.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher Education in Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Age under 35.
- Proficient in using office software for efficient task execution.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Outgoing personality and exceptional organizational abilities to manage tasks efficiently.
- Chinese proficiency level 5 or above.
- Accurate written skills in both Chinese and English for effective communication.
- Fluent oral expression in both Chinese and English.
