we are looking for an experienced Cleaner for our optical shop
The role
Cleaning the office, wash rooms, hallways and other areas. Ensuring that all garbage is disposed according to waste management as mentioned in the CCBRT guideline and protocal, maintaining work tools.
Furthermore you are expected to assist optical sales officers in receiving customers with due respect and communicate polite to them, helping customer in selecting frames and dispensing right spectacle for right person, explaining different types of frames and lenses available, informing customers once their spectacles are ready or reason for delays, provide proper guidance to customers in terms of any query.
The candidate
- Form IV or form VI certificate and a certificate in houseekeeping and cleaning
- Certificate or Deploma in Business related studies is added advantage
- Minimum of 2 years of working experience
- Computer literate
- Good Communication & Interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under minimal supervision
- Flexible and team player
- Ability to multitask
