Duties and Responsibilities
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Attend to doctors’ requests and make follow up on all information required
• Attend to telephone queries/ customer complaints regarding results and conduct investigation on the complaints.
• Attend to queries obtained from clients.
• Print out reports from the information system for patient’s results/ tests and fax them to the relevant doctors.
• Attends to walk in patients/ visitors to ensure their needs are attended to and refers to relevant departments.
• Seek authorisation from medical aids using the appropriate means for walk-in patients and submitted samples prior to rendering service.
Qualifications and Experience
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:
• Relevant Social Science diploma or Degree
• At least one year working experience : Attention to detail work- related pressure
