About the Role:
Boda Banja Credit Services is seeking dedicated and self-motivated Collections Officers to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for following up on loan repayments, maintaining positive client relationships, and ensuring effective debt recovery in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct field visits to follow up on overdue loans

• Engage clients respectfully to recover outstanding balances

• Maintain accurate records of collections and client interactions

• Report regularly on repayment trends and client feedback

• Support clients with repayment plans where necessary

• Ensure compliance with internal policies and ethical recovery practices

Qualifications & Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field

• Ability to ride a motorcycle (possession of a valid riding permit is required)

• Willingness to relocate and work in assigned regions within Uganda

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• High level of integrity and professionalism
