Key accountabilities and decision ownership
- Revenue Management
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve revenue profitability targets
- Identify and secure new business opportunities, including colocation services
- Customer Relationships Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including MNOs, ISPs, radio stations etc.
- Act as a liaison to resolve disputes and ensure customer satisfaction
- Market and Competitive Analysis:
- Conduct Market research to identify trends and competitor activities
- Provide insights to inform strategic decisions and pricing models
- Operational Collaboration:
- Work closely with Technology, Finance and Sales Operations to align commercial strategies with operational capabilities
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
- Contract and Negotiation:
- Lead negotiations for contracts with MNOs and other clients
- Ensure contracts are commercially viable and compliant with company policies
Qualifications & Experience
- Strong understanding of telecom infrastructure, including towers and fibre .
- Strong commercial acumen with a track record of achieving revenue and profitability targets.
- Expertise in contract negotiation, business development and market analysis
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and leading high-impact projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or a related field
