Duties and Responsibilities
• Conducting regular inspections and audits.
• Developing and implementing quality improvements plans.
• Reporting findings and recommendations.
• Monitoring entrances and exits, checking identification.
• Regularly patrolling hospital premises, both indoors and outdoors, to deter crime and identify potential security risks.
• Managing crowds and ensuring orderly flow of people in high traffic areas.
• Identifying and mitigating potential security threats and vulnerabilities within the hospital environment.
• Assisting visitors in navigating the hospital and providing directions.
• Managing the lost and found process, assisting with the retrieval of lost items.
• Maintaining accurate records of incidents, observations, and security activities.
• Certificate in Loss Control/Security Management or equivalent.
• Five O’ Levels including Mathematics and English
• 2 years’ experience in the security field.
• Analytical and problem solving skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure.
