Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Computer Security Specialist. The Computer Security Specialist will be responsible for monitoring security access and protecting company systems, as well as being responsible for installing, troubleshooting and maintaining the security systems that we implement for our clients. They will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify security vulnerabilities and provide customized solutions to secure company infrastructure and data.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Cyber Security or related field
- 5+ years of experience in cyber security, network security or information security
- Experience with Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) systems
- Strong experience with cyber security solutions such as SPIFEE, PaloAlto, Fortinet etc.
- Experience with cloud security including AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, etc.
- Ability to lead security assessments on cloud systems, networks and applications
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical information to non-technical people
- Knowledge of compliance regulations such as HIPAA, GDPR, and CCPA
- Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, or other relevant certifications are a plus
