Duties and Responsibilities
1. To prepare tender advertisement documents;
2. To issue approved tendering and contract documents;
3. To communicate with user Departments on procurement needs/plan;
4. To collect and maintain market price data base on various products;
5. To verify procurement payment vouchers;
6. To prepare and review bidding documents and oversee evaluation of tender documents;
7. To procure goods and services as per provided specifications by users and supervise receipts;
8. To maintain Register of all contract awarded;
9. To ensure and implement best practices in areas of work specialization;
10. To undertake clearing and forwarding of goods;
11. To participate in the preparation and implementation of the Organization’s procurement plan;
12. To ensure contracts comply with bench marking, quality assurance, service levels and the Organization internal policies;
13. To develop and encourage alternative procurement and partnership arrangements that aims for best value service delivery;
14. To analyze information and provide recommendations regarding the awarding of tenders and contracts;
15. To prepare and submit monthly reports timely;
16. To manage archive records of the procurement and disposal process; and
17. To perform other related duties assigned by a superior.

Qualification and Experience
• Bachelor Degree in Procurement and Supplies/Logistics or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution with Certified Procurement and Supplies Professional Certificate. Candidate must be registered by Procurement and Supplies Professional Technician Board (PSPTB).
