IMC requires an English and French-speaking consultant for a part-time, short-term consultancy to offer overall administrative and project support for this high-level global training initiative. The consultant will report to and work in collaboration with the IMC Senior Global MHPSS Technical Advisor, and periodically with the IMC Technical Unit MHPSS Team and WHO project team and course participants.

3. SCOPE OF THE ASSIGNMENT:

Administration of all training-related questionnaires to course participants, including:

Training needs assessments (TNA)

Pre-tests and post-tests (four total; one each for prep course phase and for TOTS phase)

Mid-course “pulse check”

Training evaluations

Analysis of all training-related questionnaires, including:

TNA analysis and report, including recommendations on potential adaptations

Scoring of all pre-tests and post-tests, including summary reports for each

Review of mid-course “pulse check”, including summary of findings

Review of training evaluations, including summary report

Support with the online educational platform, Google Classroom; ensuring all relevant training materials, videos, and additional resources are uploaded and shared in a timely manner

other related project administrative support, depending on needs identified

DELIVERABLES DESCRIPTION:
