- Conduct a comprehensive landscape analysis of existing initiatives, programs, and training modules related to logistics and supply chain management in various organizations, including NGOs, United Nations agencies, and accredited training centers.
- Identify and evaluate the relevance, effectiveness, strengths, and weaknesses of the existing initiatives.
- Develop a structured training pathway based on the findings of the landscape analysis, aimed at addressing identified gaps and meeting the needs of the target audience.
- Outline the costs associated with implementing the proposed training pathway.
- Profile the target participants for the proposed training pathway, including their backgrounds, skill levels, and specific needs.

Qualifications, experience, skills and languages
Educational Qualifications:
Essential:
An advanced university degree in supply chain, logistics, engineering, science, economics, administration, or related area.
Desirable:
Additional professional training/specialization in learning and development.
Experience:

At least seven years’ practical experience in supply chain management of medical commodities on humanitarian organization at country and headquarter level.
Proven successful experience in training development.
Desirable:
Experience with WHO.

Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications,
