• As a Content Creation Assistant at Mechanic on the Go, you will play a crucial role in transforming captured and pre-recorded content into engaging short-form videos for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
• The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of cars, be comfortable presenting in front of a camera, and confidently explain car terms and problems to viewers.
• The assistant will work to convert viewers into customers by creating a minimum of 20 solid short-form content pieces per month.

Key Responsibilities
Content Creation:

• Utilize captured and pre-recorded content to create visually appealing and informative short-form videos.
• Ensure content aligns with the brand’s messaging and appeals to the target audience.

Car Knowledge:

• Demonstrate a basic understanding of cars, car maintenance, and common automotive issues.
• Explain car terms and problems confidently in a way that is accessible to viewers.

On-Camera Presentation:

• Present in front of the camera with confidence and enthusiasm.
• Deliver information in a clear, engaging, and relatable manner.

Location Visits:

• Commute to the workshop and customer’s houses to gather relevant content.
• Collaborate with mechanics and customers to capture engaging footage.

Platform-Specific Optimization:

• Tailor content for each platform (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) to maximize reach and engagement.
• Stay updated on platform trends and adjust content strategy accordingly.

Audience Interaction:

• Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and interactions on social media platforms.
• Encourage audience engagement and address inquiries about the content.

Monthly Content Quota:

• Generate a minimum of 20 solid short-form content pieces per month to maintain a consistent posting schedule.
