We are looking for an enthusiastic Content Creator, Marketing, and Communication Officer (Female Only) to join our team. This multifaceted role is designed for a professional with a strong background in Mass Communication, Education (Arts or Language), Human Resources, Administration, Marketing, Sales, or Legal fields. The ideal candidate will excel in content creation, marketing strategies, and communication, with advanced computer proficiency. Candidates must reside in the Pwani Region, specifically in or around Kibaha or Mlandizi, and be passionate about driving organizational impact through innovative communication.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Content Development:

   • Craft, edit, and optimize content for a variety of platforms, including websites, blogs, newsletters, and social media.

   • Ensure content aligns with brand messaging and supports business objectives.

   • Stay up to date with industry trends and incorporate fresh, creative ideas into content production.

2. Marketing Support and Strategy:

   • Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement content-driven campaigns that support business growth.

   • Assist in creating compelling marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and online advertisements.

   • Manage and schedule social media posts, ensuring alignment with the overall marketing strategy.

3. Public Relations and Media Engagement:

   • Write press releases, articles, and other content for external media to enhance brand presence.

   • Build and nurture relationships with media outlets to increase company visibility.

   • Track media coverage and assist in maintaining the company’s positive public image.

4. Market Research and Analysis:

   • Conduct market research to understand audience preferences, competitor strategies, and emerging trends.

   • Use insights to fine-tune content and marketing approaches for maximum impact.

   • Measure the success of content and marketing efforts through data-driven analysis.

5. Administrative and Coordinative Support:

   • Liaise with other departments to gather information and ensure smooth content production.

   • Assist in organizing and executing marketing campaigns, events, and promotional activities.

   • Ensure timely and accurate delivery of content and marketing materials.

6. Communication Management:

   • Support internal and external communications to maintain consistent messaging across all platforms.

   • Prepare reports on content performance and marketing results, focusing on metrics such as engagement and conversions.

Qualifications:

• A degree in Mass Communication, Education (particularly in Arts or Language), Human Resources, Administration, Marketing, Sales, or Legal fields.

• Postgraduate diploma or diploma in a related field is a plus.

• Proficiency in basic computer applications and office software.

• Exceptional writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects.

• Experience with marketing tools and social media platforms.

• Must reside in Pwani region, preferably Kibaha, Mlandizi, or surrounding areas.
