Job description

HCS Affiliates Group, is a one-stop human resources and management consultancy organization, headquartered in  Nairobi, Kenya.

  • Responsible for the Administration, project management and third party contracts management for operations and maintenance. The incumbent will work closely with network support, network management center and other Business divisions to deliver the most optimal contracts SLA and administration solutions.

Contract Management

  • SLA enforcement
  • Annual contract review
  • Analysis of vendor performance on a quarterly basis

Project Management

  • Project management over site – planning, implementation, reporting, risk assessment etc
  • Collation and creation of weekly tech div reports

Administration

  • Shift rotas
  • Vehicle servicing & allocation
  • Imprest & petty cash accounting & management

Expense claim management

  • Ensuring adherence to contract terms including SLA and deliverables is key to ensuring value is achieved & understanding how each contract impacts the running of the Telkom Kenya infrastructure

Job Specification

  • BSC in IT/Electrical/electronic/telecommunication Engineering.
  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience, 1 year preferably in Telecom industry

Technical Competencies

  • Knowledge of engineering drawings interpretation
  • Knowledge of grid power supply, voltage regulators/stabilizers, Gensets, DC Power Systems, Various Cooling systems, Solar Systems and various power storage technologies applicable to telecommunication
  • Project management
  • Strong Planning and organizing skills
  • Report Writing & Presentation skills
