Main Job Functions:

• Ensure delivery of Quality products
• Design, develop, Co-ordinate and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to
• ensure quality and accuracy of products.
• Ensure Issue clarification from design and the vendor teams.
• Co-ordinate, Monitor and track testing progress to closure.
• Ensure Test prerequisites are met.
• Raise Defects, Issues and Delays on concerned teams
• Ensure adequate documentation, Publish the reports and test findings.
• Liaise with product owners, managers, and developers to ensure quality of products.
• Adequately communicate status and issues impacting tests.
• Ensure completeness, accuracy and efficiency of Products to defined policies,
• processes and procedures
• Adherence to approved operating standards and methodologies
• Efficient delivery of solutions in line with defined of SLAs
• Quality and comprehensiveness of reports generated
• Support product enhancements across the different segments to keep MTN at the
• forefront of innovations.
• Analyzing and troubleshoot customer reported product issues to determine root cause
• and corrective action.
• Frequently Review & Test product functionality and channel feedback where necessary
• to meet the business requirement.
• Design processes and procedures to guide testing, implementation, and launch of new
• products and services with comprehensive and up-to-date test documentation.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree (preferably Science / Commercial)
• Project management approach such as PMI, Prince II or PMBOK

Work Experience             

• A minimum of 2 years experience in the area of specialization
• IT project management experience and a sound understanding of ITIL standards and best practice within operational environments.
• Experience in creating complex project communications materials; reporting on project status; budgets and results
•  Experience with a reputable organisation
