Key Responsibilities

Typical tasks and responsibilities may include:
● Researching and acquiring suitable cooperation partners and sponsors at a local level.
● Maintaining communication with existing local cooperation partners.
● Planning and implementing Sponsoring measures, campaigns, and individual donor communication at a local level.
● Supporting daily CSR-related processes, including planning, implementing, and reporting on social impact events, workshops, and training.
● Researching national and international calls for proposals and awards with funding potential and assisting the Fundraising team in preparing corresponding applications.
● Assisting in the organisation and coordination of local fundraising events.
● Perform other duties as needed

Qualification

● At least a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., business management, economics, government,
marketing/PR/communication, or environmental science).
● 3-5 years of experience in sustainable business, communications, and/or project management.
● Up-to-date knowledge of sustainability trends in the industry.
● Proven track record of raising funds for projects.
● Strong corporate social networking skills.
● Passion for developing the community-minded aspect of AmaliTech’s business and raising positive awareness of the organization’s commitment to sustainable social responsibility.
● Strong interpersonal, leadership, presentation, negotiation, and communication skills (verbal and written).
● Proficient in using productivity tools such as MS Office or Google Workspace (Word, Excel,
PowerPoint).
● Alignment with the core values (Excellence, Passion, Diversity, Collaboration, and Integrity) and vision of AmaliTech.
