Main Duties and responsibility

• Prepare Yearly Budget
• Strategic Plan of the organization and Budget
• Analyze and compare Department Budget With financial Budget
• Evaluate Yearly Budget and Actual Performance
• Check and Approve cost Analysis and costing

Requirement

Qualification : BA Degree in Accounting and Finance from recognized university

Experience :

• 6 years and above work experience out of which 5 years on senior positions
• Experience in Real-estate sector or construction company
