Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Build trusted relationships with senior government leaders, supporting the achievement of sustainable social and economic priorities.
- Team Development: Inspire and mentor a high-performing team, ensuring impactful delivery across all workstreams.
- Client Excellence: Deliver insights that drive action, backed by TBI’s global expertise and strategic partners.
- Operational Oversight: Oversight of operational and program elements, to achieve value-driven efficiencies.
What We’re Looking For
- 10+ years’ experience, including 6+ years advising senior public sector clients, or working at senior government level.
- Expertise in public policy and management, digital transformation, political science, governance or related fields.
- Proven leadership in strategy development and execution, ideally with advisory or consulting experience.
- Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills with a knack for navigating complex political contexts.
- Track record of resource mobilisation and complex stakeholder management
- A passion for Africa and fluency in English (other languages a plus).
