Key duties and responsibilities:
- Assisting in interpreting civil drawings as per work requirement.
- Carrying out painting works; Carpentry; Masonry works; Plumbing works and steel fixing.
- Carrying out maintenance of fixtures and fittings
- Maintenance of the water pipeline.
- Carry out maintenance of recreational facilities.
Educational Requirements Job Experience/Qualifications
- O Level certificate with (minimum KCSE D+ (plus) with Mathematics and Physics subjects.
- Craft certificate in building technology or equivalent from the national examining body (KNEC)
- Hands on experience is an added advantage.
- Fulfil the requirements of Chapter Six of the Constitution.
