We are audience-led, market-driven with a clear mission to empower the nation. We are looking for a motivated and highly experienced individual to fill the position of:
PURPOSE: Is to conceptualize and produce visual content that communicates ideas, messages, and narratives effectively through various artistic mediums.
Main Responsibilities:
• Develop and pitch creative concepts for visual projects.
• Collaborate with writers, editors, and photographers to plan and execute online content.
• Direct reporters during filming to achieve the desired artistic vision.
• Edit and oversee post-production processes to ensure high quality final products.
• Stay updated with industry trends and technologies to enhance creative output.
Minimum Qualifications & Experience:
• Academic: Bachelor’s degree in Film or Media Production, Digital Journalism, Visual Arts, Design, Mass Communication, or equivalent from a recognized institution.
• Experience: 2-3 years of working experience, preferably in a media or agency environment in progressively responsible content production roles.
Other Qualifications & Experiences:
• Extras: Ability to do basic visualizations using HTML+CSS, or object- oriented languages such as Java, Python & Ruby with scripters (Perl, Bash) would be an added advantage.
