Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain partnerships with banks, SACCOs, and financial institutions in Meru.
- Facilitate efficient loan processing and disbursal procedures.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and enhance turnaround times.
- Conduct regular assessments of partnership effectiveness and propose improvements.
- Provide guidance and support to clients throughout the loan application process.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies.
- Prepare reports on loan processing metrics and performance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in credit management or financial services. (Must)
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of financial regulations and industry best practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and financial software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
