The Client Operations Manager will supervise the execution of logistics works for a specific client portfolio, manage related communication with clients, and ensure operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Team Management: Lead, motivate, and develop a team to achieve quality of service goals.
2. Client Relationship Management: Manage operational relationships with clients, receive transit orders, and provide progress updates.
3. File Processing: Monitor and control file processing, ensure SOPs are applied, and allocate files to operators.
4. Operational Excellence: Ensure operations are performed with respect to gross margin and disbursements, and control costs.
5. Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve operational issues, and alert management and N+1 as necessary.
Overall, the Client Operations Manager will oversee the execution of logistics works, manage client relationships, and ensure operational excellence.
