Job Title: Customer Relationship Officer
Location: Kampala, Uganda
Reports To: Customer Experience Manager
Job Summary
The Customer Relationship Officer is responsible for managing client
relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and supporting customer retention
through effective communication and service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
● Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries and support requests.
● Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary.
● Maintain accurate customer records and CRM systems.
● Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with services provided.
● Support sales and marketing teams with customer engagement initiatives.
● Prepare customer service reports and feedback analysis.
Requirements
● Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
● 1–3 years experience in customer service or relationship management.
● Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
● Ability to handle customer issues professionally.
Preferred Skills
● Experience using CRM systems.
● Sales support and client retention skills.
● Strong problem-solving ability.
