The Customer Service Assistant will actively promote and sell products or services and
to create a positive customer experience.
Responsibilities:
• Greet customers warmly and assist them with their inquiries, providing information
about products and services.
• Proactively identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
to meet those needs.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including handling cash, credit
card, and other forms of payment.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of product knowledge, including features,
benefits, and pricing.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively, escalating complex problems
to the appropriate department when necessary.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, fostering loyalty and repeat
business.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall sales goals of the team.
• Assist with visual merchandising, ensuring that displays are attractive and well-stocked.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends.
• Assist with other duties as assigned, such as inventory management or supporting
other departments
Qualifications and Experience
• Grade 12 with five Credits including English and Mathematics
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Proven work experience as a Digital Sales Manager
• Minimum Experience: 8 years, with 3 years experience in leading Digital Sales Strategy.
