- Provides direction to the customer service division by assigning, direction and reviewing the work of staff.
- Training, writing, conducting performance appraisals, and assisting in department budget preparation
- Overseeing and assessing customer service staff activities, and providing them with regular performance -related feedback.
- Managing cashier coverage and customer flow to ensure proficient customer service.
- Assisting with the development and implementation of service policies, and explaining these to staff and customers.
- Maintaining documentation pertaining to customer service department activities
Required Skills and Qualification
- MA or Collage diploma in marketing, Business Administration or related field
- Interpersonal Skills, Customer satisfaction and customer support abilities.
- Customer service and customer experience knowledge.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Computer operating skills are required
- Product/service knowledge
- 3/5 years work experience in Automotive technology or relevant field
