- The Cutter will cut, shape and assemble materials using hand and power tools. The work includes: Making moulds. Building the frame of the boat.
Qualifications / Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree / HND Mechanical Engineering (Production)or other relevant qualifications.
- Minimum of 3 years boat cutting experience, preferably within the Marine sector
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in composite boat building
- Strong team building, decision-making and people management skills
Technical:
- Knowledge of Health and Safety guidelines
- experience in Quality Management oversight or process management will be an advantage
