Data Entry Agent at SnappyCX, Accra, Ghana

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Data Entry Specialist to join our team. The candidate will be working with our client in the education sector, to help with data entry, data verification and portal submissions. As a member of the team, you will play a crucial role in inputting accurate and up-to-date data with a set target of daily portal application submissions.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare, verify and submit documents to application portals.
Resolving discrepancies in information and obtaining further information for incomplete documents.
Maintain data confidentiality and ensure data security protocols are followed.
Respond to information requests from authorized members.
Communicate effectively via email and chat with our customers.
Collaborate with other team members to resolve customer issues and improve data entry processes.
Consistently meet output and quality targets
Identify opportunities for process improvements and suggest enhancements to data entry procedures.

Requirements

Preferably Bachelor’s degree/ Diploma/ HND from a recognised institution.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
An ability to quickly think on your feet.
Ability to meet set targets, against deadlines and report.
