Summary of Responsibilities:
- Coordinate all data collection and management processes.
- Assist in reviewing and updating data management manuals and training materials.
- Design data cleaning, analysis, and reporting tools as needed.
- Verify raw data submitted from the field.
- Generate and resolve data queries with field teams.
- Compile and maintain regular reports on data entry, validation, and cleaning.
- Conduct preliminary data analysis.
- Ensure data security and proper backup (both soft and hard copies).
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Study Coordinator.
Minimum Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience in electronic data management, including managing data from various sources and conducting preliminary analysis.
- Experience with data entry programming tools such as KoboToolbox or SurveyMonkey is an advantage.
- Proficiency in data analysis software (e.g., Stata or R).
