This role is accountable for the Treasury Trading and related functions, focusing on executing all Foreign Exchange, Money Market and Interbank activities. Whilst achieving income and business unit growth objectives. The generation income with the objective of achieving income and business unit growth objectives.
Duties And Responsibilities
-Foreign Exchange Trading – FX rates formulation, Position Trades, Open position management, price provision and deal processing.
-Money Market and interbank trading – Mobilize deposits and investing in various treasury products, pricing provision with the guide of tolerance levels, counterparty limit application, deal processing.
-Conduct relationship management – Internal and external Stakeholders.
-Compliance with key treasury ratios – liquidity ratios, loans deposit ratios, and any other as guided by Management and Board ALCO.
-Timely and accurate preparation Treasury reports – FX Volumes and Revenue report, Liquidity reports, Business development report. Treasury Cost and Income reports.
Qualifications And Experience
-A degree in Business Studies/Banking/Finance/Economics/ Science or related field.
-A minimum of 3 years prior experience in the same role.
-ACI Dealing Certificate
-MBA or MSc qualification will be an added advantage
