Key Duties of the Post/Key Results Areas

• Interprete and operationalize the Institution Vision, Mission and Strategic Objectives
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to all Institution specialisations and professionals and initiate
• Formulate policies designed to promote effective health service delivery in the Hospital
• Ensure the provision of viable health services in the Institution
• Direct strategies aimed at ensuring high standards of health care
• Initiate and maintain collaborative links with national and international Departments and Organisations
• Coordinate research and planning at the Institution
• Perform any other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
• Experience
• At least fifteen (15) years’ professional experience in the Health Sector, three (3) of which should have been at senior management or Consultant level.
• Qualifications 
• Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS)
