Provides technical assistance to FSD Africa project teams throughout the interventions cycle while ensuring high quality interventions and maintaining accountability. The pillar also fosters learning and promotes evidence-based decisions among stakeholders while achieving the desired impact. The pillar delivers its operations through four core functions: Impact Planning & Portfolio Management, DI Data and Systems Integrity, DI Research, Evidence & Insights and Gender.
Academic requirement:
- Ongoing or recently completed undergraduate degree in Research, Economics, Statistics, Development, Climate, Project Management, or related field.
- An ongoing master’s degree or training in Monitoring and Evaluation, Research & Data Analysis is an added advantage
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible, you must:
- Be currently enrolled in a four-year college or university Undergraduate Degree course OR a master’s degree course at the time of application and during the internship.
- Have completed at least three years of full-time studies if you are currently pursuing a four-year college or university Undergraduate Degree course.
- Have graduated within the last 12 months at the beginning of the internship.
Skills and Competencies
- Strong interest in the Development or the Financial sector.
- Relevant training aligned with FSD Africa programs.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Computer literacy.
- Ability to interact effectively with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds and uphold FSD Africa’s core values.
