Independent responsibility for the topic area of social cohesion and cultural participation within the framework of the GIZ project
Committed collaboration with local partners and organizations to jointly develop and implement solutions
Planning and implementation of cultural and sporting events to promote exchange and understanding between refugees and the local population
Coordination of training courses and workshops to promote the intercultural competences of all participants
Support and cooperation with (local and national) partner organizations
Advising the local partner on monitoring and evaluating measures
Taking on tasks in an intercultural team
Your Profile
Completed university degree in social sciences, political science, anthropology, psychology or a comparable field and initial professional experience
Experience in intercultural work, ideally in cooperation with refugees or host communities
Experience in promoting the integration and participation of refugees, ideally in cooperation with local communities is desirable
Strong skills in working with different stakeholders
Independent, structured and creative way of working
Excellent moderation, presentation and communication skills
Fluent English skills
