Responsibilities
- Create and publish engaging content (Digital media assets such as images, videos, graphics, etc.) for our social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Threads, etc.) in line with our brand guidelines.
- Monitor social media activities and respond to comments and messages in a timely, helpful, and professional manner.
- Handle all pre-sales inquiries from multiple channels including social media, website chats, email, & WhatsApp and efficiently route sales inquiries to the sales team.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in digital media.
- Use digital analytics tools to track and report on the performance of our digital content and campaigns
- Assist in the management and updating of our company website including creating landing pages and updating content.
- Increase awareness and sensitize the public about the company’s brand.
- Setting key performance indicators (KPIs) for social media campaigns such as targets for a certain number of shares, likes, followers, or customers, and measuring a campaign’s performance against the KPIs.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement digital marketing campaigns to build a large and strong community online.
- Support the digital marketing team in other tasks as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree (preferred): A Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is a plus but not mandatory.
- Digital Enthusiasm: A genuine interest in digital media and online trends, even if you’re new to the field.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication abilities to effectively convey ideas and engage with diverse audiences.
- Creativity: A knack for coming up with imaginative and engaging marketing ideas tailored for children and parents.
- Adaptability: Openness to learning from data and feedback to refine marketing strategies for optimal results.
- Collaborative Spirit: Willingness to collaborate with the team, share insights, and contribute to group initiatives.
- Tech Proficiency: Basic familiarity with social media platforms and digital tools (e.g. Canva), or a quick learner eager to enhance your skills.
- Detail-oriented: Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail and ensuring accuracy in work.
- Problem-Solving: Proactive attitude in identifying challenges and proposing creative solutions to improve campaigns.
- Time Management: Effective organization skills to manage your tasks, meet deadlines, and contribute to team objectives.
- Passion for Education: A belief in the value of practical technology skills for children’s development and a desire to contribute to their learning journey.
- Previous Experience (preferred): While prior marketing experience is advantageous, we are open to enthusiastic individuals with a willingness to learn and contribute.
