Job purpose:
To develop and implement the Stadium’s strategic direction, business growth initiatives, partnerships and revenue generation opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- 1. Develop and review company strategy, business plans, and performance frameworks.
- 2. Drive new business opportunities to increase revenue, brand visibility, and market position.
- 3. Develop and oversee marketing, publicity and branding strategies to position the stadium as a premier national and international destination.
- 4. Establish and manage strategic partnerships, sponsorships, and investment collaborations.
- 5. Develop resource mobilization initiatives to generate funds for projects and infrastructure developmen
- 6. Promote innovation, creativity, and a results- oriented culture across business units.
Job specifications
- Bachelor’s Degree (with honours) in either Business Administration, Commerce, Sports Management or Management (Marketing) from recognized institution.
- Masters in the above-mentioned fields from recognized Institution.
- Postgraduate qualification in Sports
Management related courses is an advantage.
- Strong skills in strategic planning, team management, communication, networking, and ICT proficiency
