Job description

To ensure prompt dispatch of items from all functions appropriately and to provide administrative support to the Human Resources Team

.KEY DESCRIPTION

Dispatch Services

  • Delivery of items, cheques & correspondences to external stakeholders
  • Delivery of internal  correspondence to related parties & management of  all notice boards
  • Record keeping of internal correspondences & Memos

Fleet Management

  • Monthly checks & maintenance of HR Fleet Vehicles
  • Tracking of all vehicle maintenance activities OTIF
  • Supervision of vehicle care & tracking availability of all road safety equipment
  • Monthly report on status of HR vehicles

Administrative

  • JG 6 & below Employee File Management
  • Daily monitoring of cleaning of all Toilets & liaise with the Agency Personnel plus all alcohol dispensers
  • Support in arrangement of  all general meetings, trainings & any in-house activity lead by HR
  • Monthly reports of Temporary staff, interns & all drivers

Customer Service

  • Support in both main and sub canteen management
  • Stationery disbursement to staff
  • Disbursement of monthly tea items to staff
  • Disbursement of yearly rain gears and uniforms to staff

  QUALIFICATION & REQUIREMENTS

Candidates applying must have at least a Higher Diploma In Human Resources or any Social Sciences

Must have a valid Driver’s License with the ability to ride a bike or drive a car

Must have a Minimum 1 – 3 years relevant experience in Similar role.
