The job entails working with stocks, placing and ordering stock from the Main Warehouse as well as monitoring the stock levels. 3 Dispatchers are needed that is 2 in Harare and 1 in Gweru.
Duties and Responsibilities
Coordinating stock control operations with the main warehouse stock controller, as well as sales.
Forecasting supply and demand (with the help of your branch manager) to prevent overstocking and running out of stock
Placing and receiving orders to replenish stocks as needed.
Overseeing stock storage processes, including tagging, boxing, and labelling.
Performing regular inventory stock counts as needed and providing monthly stock reconciliations to the stock controller
A minimum of 5 O levels and the ability to learn quickly new systems.
